Who we are

What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your name, email, clinic name and province, plus the consent wording you agreed to and the date and time you agreed. We also record whether we sent your confirmation email and, if you unsubscribe, when.
We don't store your IP address. This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare, which hosts the site, processes standard connection data (such as IP address) to deliver and protect it, and may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
Why we use it
Only to send you iCARLOS updates: news about the product as it's developed, and when it's available. Your province and clinic name help us understand where interest is coming from. We don't sell, rent or share your details for anyone else's marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the waitlist.
- Resend delivers our emails.
These providers may store or process your information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. They may use it only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep your email address and the date so we never email you again, unless you choose to delete your details too.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe any time with the link in every email. It takes effect right away.
- See, correct or delete your details by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply within 30 days.
- Complain to us first, or to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca). In Alberta or British Columbia you can also contact that province's privacy commissioner.
